Sustainability practitioner survey

Little Blue Research recently closed a survey aimed at sustainability practitioners to understand how they have overcome challenges associated with integrating nature into business decisions. Thank you to all those that have taken part.

 

The survey results will feed into an white paper later in 2024 produced by Little Blue Research.

Little Blue Research's Dr Stephanie Hime joins Katherine Lewis on the Trowers Podcast for a three-part series exploring the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) Risk and Opportunities Framework.

 

Throughout the series, Stephanie Hime provides an introduction to the framework, discusses how businesses can benefit the framework, and sets out how the TNFD framework interacts with other global reporting standards.

With the final draft of the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) Framework set for release in September 2023, we have been looking at how businesses can get started with applying the framework and the practical steps to take to start understanding nature related risks and opportunities, including our experiences of piloting the LEAP (Locate, Evaluate, Assess, Prepare) approach.

In this blog, in collaboration with Crop Health & Protection - CHAPStephanie Hime and Ryan Twyford look specifically at the farming and agriculture sector and how the growing awareness of nature loss, and the mechanisms hoping to address this decline, will affect a sector so heavily intertwined with nature.

Looking at the resources, tools and roadmaps available for UK agri-business, the blog provides a starting point for actions the agricultural sector can take to set and meet sustainability targets, support the UK’s nature positive commitment and respond to requests for nature-related information.
