Dr Stephanie Hime is the Managing Director of Little Blue Research overseeing the development and implementation of projects. She has over 15 years of experience in sustainability consulting and research with an emphasis on environmental and social impact analysis. Stephanie has enjoyed a varied career which includes helping to develop the Capitals Coalition’s Natural Capital Protocol and Sector Guides. She has worked on the development of a natural capital account across a crop supply chain for ofi, helped several clients implement recommendations from the Taskforce for Nature-related Financial Disclosures and helped design several processes for evaluating certifications and green claims for clients. She is a fellow of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) and part of the Biodiversity and Natural Capital Steering Group. She is also the project lead for ISO 14054 (under development) Natural Capital Accounting for Organizations.

Ryan provides consulting support for the team on a number of environmental economics and sustainability projects across a diverse range of clients and sectors. A selection of his recent projects include: the development of a natural capital account for ofi, piloting the Taskforce on Nature-related Disclosures risk and opportunity framework for a number of sectors, and supporting the development of a roadmap for integrating nature and biodiversity into business decision-making and disclosures for BT Group.

Ryan provides consulting support for the team on a number of environmental economics and sustainability projects across a diverse range of clients and sectors.

Lauren is an experienced, reliable and highly effective Executive Assistant who works closely with Steph and the team to ensure the smooth running of operations within Little Blue Research. Lauren is skilled in communication, team organisation, event management, and project planning. She brings warmth, tenacity and efficiency to her work.
