Dr Stephanie Hime is the Managing Director of Little Blue Research overseeing the development and implementation of projects. She has over 15 years of experience in sustainability consulting and research with an emphasis on environmental and social impact analysis. Stephanie has enjoyed a varied career spending more than 15 years addressing sustainability challenges. She supported the Natural Capital Coalition as its Technical Director overseeing the development of the Natural Capital Protocol and Sector Guides. She also led KPMG's UK sustainability services team work on True Value (a method to measure social, environmental and economic impact).  She is on the advisory board of the Capitals Coalition, the technical working group of the IFRS/CDSB, a member of the BSI committee on Assessing and Valuing Natural Capital and a fellow of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA).

Dr Stephanie Hime is the Managing Director of Little Blue Research overseeing the development and implementation of projects. She has over 15 years of experience in sustainability consulting and research with an emphasis on environmental and social impact analysis.

Ryan provides consulting support for the team on a range of cross sector projects.  His most recent projects include climate change scenario analysis for a banking client and support with the environmental impact of the events sector. As an environmental science graduate from the University of East Anglia, Ryan has knowledge regarding a range of environmental issues. Ryan has supported the team with analysis and research on a variety of projects, including: the identification of barriers to private investment in green and nature-based infrastructure for a finance think tank, supporting the creation of a We Value Nature training module, conducting a materiality study for the North American trade show industry, and building a socio-economic and environmental impact framework for a large media research company.

Ryan Twyford PIEMA

Senior Consultant

Ryan provides consulting support for the team on a range of cross sector projects. His most recent projects include climate change scenario analysis for a banking client and support with the environmental impact of the events sector.

Faith is a recent graduate from the University of East Anglia School of Economics specialising in environmental economics. Faith provides analytical support to the team on a range of cross-sector projects and conducts research on economic techniques and environmental challenges. Faith is educated on various climate, biodiversity, and resource allocation with experience in environmental valuation. Areas of interest include investigating end of life-cycle disposal solutions for products, for example: creating a policy brief for a Deposit Return Scheme to reduce single use plastic packaging pollution; and researching the promotion of resale in the fashion industry and its effect on textile waste.

Faith Green

Analyst

Faith is a recent graduate from the University of East Anglia School of Economics specialising in environmental economics. Faith provides analytical support to the team on a range of cross-sector projects and conducts research on economic techniques and environmental challenges.

Lauren is an experienced, reliable and highly effective Executive Assistant who works closely with Steph and the team to ensure the smooth running of operations within Little Blue Research. Lauren is skilled in communication, team organisation, event management, and project planning. She brings warmth, tenacity and efficiency to her work.

Executive Assistant

Lauren is an experienced, reliable and highly effective Executive Assistant who works closely with Steph and the team to ensure the smooth running of operations within Little Blue Research.
